Do I still need to work out gratuity in Bahrain?
For service since March 2024, employers pay gratuity to SIO each month and SIO pays it out. Service before that is still the employer's to pay, which you can add to a final settlement in Leagrow.
Is Leagrow available in Arabic?
Not yet. Leagrow is in English today, on any browser on phone, tablet or computer.
