What is employee database software?
Employee database software, often called an HRIS, is the central record of everyone who works for you. It holds personal and job details, documents and history, and other HR tools build on it.
Can I import my existing employee data?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file and Leagrow's import wizard maps your columns and checks the data before anything is saved.
Can employees update their own information?
Yes. Each person has a self-service profile. You decide which fields they can edit.
Who can see employee records?
