Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Leagrow ("Leagrow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, create an account, or use the Leagrow learning platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account data: name, work email, password, job title, organization, phone number, and profile picture.
- Workspace content: courses, lessons, assessments, files, prompts, and other material you or your organization upload or create inside Leagrow.
- Billing data: billing address, VAT/tax identifiers, and the last four digits of payment methods. Full card numbers are processed by our payment provider and never stored by Leagrow.
- Communications: messages you send to our support, sales, or community teams, and the content of forms you submit on our website (demo requests, newsletters, contact forms).
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, clicks, referrers, session duration, and in-product events.
- Device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and language.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for details.
Information from third parties
- Single sign-on providers (Google, Microsoft, Okta) when you sign in with them.
- Integrations you enable (HRIS, Slack, calendars) — we only receive data you scope at the time of connection.
- Business-contact data from service providers that help us reach prospective customers.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users, secure the Services, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Personalize learning experiences, recommendations, and in-product content.
- Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send invoices and receipts.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support and success services.
- Send service announcements, security alerts, and — where permitted — marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
- Analyze usage to understand product performance and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. AI features and your content
Leagrow includes AI-powered features for course authoring, assessment generation, and analytics. When you use these features, prompts and related content are processed by Leagrow and, where applicable, by trusted AI infrastructure providers under contractual data-processing terms. Customer content is never used to train Leagrow's foundation models or any third-party model. Enterprise customers can opt into additional controls, including private model endpoints and regional processing.
4. How we share information
- With your organization: if you use Leagrow through an employer or institution, that organization administers your workspace and can access content and activity within it.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, email, payments, customer support, and AI infrastructure providers acting as our processors.
- Integrations you enable: when you connect a third-party tool, we share data with it only to the extent you configure.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, or investigate misuse.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. International transfers
Leagrow operates globally. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and supplementary measures.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After termination, workspace content is retained for a limited recovery window and then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. You can exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting us at info@leagrow.com. If Leagrow processes your data on behalf of your organization, please direct your request to that organization — we will support them in responding.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the Services, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring, and regular third-party testing. Details are available in our Security overview. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to protect your account and report suspected incidents promptly.
9. Children
Leagrow is a workplace and educational product intended for use by individuals aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without appropriate authorization from the relevant institution or guardian.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email in advance of the effective date.
