What is AI resume screening?
AI resume screening reads resumes and compares each candidate with the job's requirements. Leagrow gives a match score and shows the parts of the resume that support it.
Does AI reject candidates automatically?
No. AI scores and summarises, but people decide who moves forward. Automatic rejection only happens if you set a knock-out question or an assessment pass mark.
How do you reduce bias?
Scores are based on the criteria you set for the job, and every score shows its evidence. The AI candidate read stays hidden from interviewers until they've submitted their own feedback.
