Is Leagrow really free?
Yes. Core HR is free for up to 25 employees and Learning is free for up to 10 seats and 5 courses — full products, not trials. There's no credit card and no expiration; we only ask you to pay when you outgrow the limits.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create a workspace, invite your team, and use everything on the free plans without entering payment details.
What happens when we outgrow the free plan?
Paid plans with higher limits are coming soon, priced per person for the products you actually turn on. Growing past the limits today? Talk to us and we'll set you up.
What are AI credits?
AI usage is metered in simple credits. The free Learning plan includes 500 AI credits per day, which reset daily — enough to draft courses, rewrite lessons, and curate videos regularly.
Is Learning included with Core HR?
Learning is an add-on you enable from inside Leagrow — one click, no separate signup. Your people are already in the directory, so enrollment starts immediately.
How will paid pricing work?
Per person, per product — you pay seats only for the people using each product, managed from the People page. No platform fees, no per-feature nickel-and-diming.
