How billing works.
No surprises. Here's exactly what you pay for.
Per product, per person
Each product is billed for the people in it. Someone who only uses HR doesn't count in Learning, and people who don't use a product are free.
Past the free plan
When a product grows past 10 people, everyone in it is billed. For example, 25 people in HR is $25 a month.
Who counts
Everyone with access to the product, including admins and people you've invited. Archived people don't count.
Recruitment seats
Recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers each need a seat. Candidates are always free.

Monthly or yearly
Pay monthly, every three or six months, or yearly. Yearly plans are 15% off. You pay by bank transfer, in your currency if you like.

Add seats any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period. Fewer seats take effect at renewal.
Cancel any time
If you cancel, your products go back to their free plans.

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free plans have no time limit and don't need a credit card. You can stay on them as long as you like.
What happens when we go past 10 people?
That product moves to its paid plan, and everyone in it is billed: 11 people in HR is $11 a month. Your other products stay free until they grow too.
Do we pay for everyone in the company?
No. You pay per product, for the people who have access to it. People in your directory who don't use a product are free.
Who needs a Recruitment seat?
Anyone with a role in Recruitment: recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers. Candidates never need a seat. The free plan includes one seat, which the workspace owner takes.
Is AI extra?
No. AI is included on every plan, including the free plan. Your workspace gets a monthly AI allowance, and we can add more if you need it.
