Is the free Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. Starter is free for up to 25 learners, with no credit card required and no expiration. It includes the core authoring, assessment, and certificate features. We only ask you to upgrade when you outgrow it.
How does per-seat pricing work on Growth?
A seat is one active learner in your workspace in a given month. Admins and authors are free. You can add and remove seats at any time; we only bill for seats that were active during the billing period.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves approximately 17% versus month-to-month. Enterprise plans are quoted annually by default.
Can I try Growth before I buy?
Every Growth workspace starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Enterprise trials are available with a signed order form.
What’s included in Enterprise?
Enterprise adds SCIM, regional data residency, SOC 2 reports under NDA, a dedicated CSM, a custom SLA, and optional private model endpoints. It’s the right plan for organizations with procurement, security, or legal requirements beyond what Growth offers.
Do you offer discounts for education or nonprofits?
Yes. Accredited universities, K–12 schools, and registered nonprofits qualify for discounted pricing. Contact sales with your details and we’ll set you up.
How does billing work?
Growth is billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via credit card or invoice. Enterprise is billed annually via invoice, with NET 30 terms by default.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current period. Annual plans run through the end of their term; we don’t auto-renew without a reminder.
